Registration Fee
The International Leadership Summit is free to KLA/KLAA members, however, we ask that KLA/KLAA members submit a registration form so that we can have a more accurate attendance count.
For all others, we are offering an Early Bird registration fee of $250 if you register before October 17, 2008. After October 17, the registration fee is $300. Districts/schools will recieve one free registration for every five paying registrants. Onsite registration will be available, however, we encourage everyone to preregister.
Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance to obtain a full refund. Notification can be faxed (502-875-4634) or sent by email (anne@kasa.org.) Refunds will not be given for no-shows or late arrivals.
Payment Options
Registration fees may be paid by cash, check, or school/district purchase order. We cannot accept credit card payments. An invoice will be mailed once the registration process is completed. Checks should be made payable to KASA and payments sent to:

Kentucky Leadership Credit
Attendees can receive up to 12 hours of EILA credit.
Out of State Leadership Credit
Documentation of attendance will be available for out-of-state attendees.
Hotel/Airport Information
The summit will be held at the Galt House Hotel & Suites in Louisville, KY. A special room rate of $110 is available to summit attendees. To receive the special rate, call 1-800-The-Galt or 502-589-5200 for reservations prior to November 9 and ask for the KASA rate. Information on the hotel can be found at www.galthouse.com.
